MAKE ART ACTIVITIES
Drop-in art-making opportunities will be available in front of the gallery from 5:00 – 9:00pm during the Pulse on the Plaza event on Friday, September 27:
- On-demand Screen Printing – Bring your own t-shirt (or other item of clothing) to be printed on. Andy MacDougall from Wachiay Studio will be on-site giving demonstrations and supporting visitors in pulling their own print. If you don’t have an item of clothing, there will be simple cotton broadcloth patches provided to print on (and later attach or frame).
- Self-directed Make Stations – Create using a variety of upcycling materials. Simple and more complex making supplies and guides will be available for participants of all ages and abilities.
