Join us on Friday November 18th to celebrate the opening of our winter programming. The day will be bustling with activity, with events including our 42nd Annual Christmas Craft Fair, interactive exhibitions, and Make Art Projects. This celebration will include food and beverages on the CVAG plaza, with artist performances, a pop up choir and fire performance as part of the Moonlight and Magic festivities throughout Downtown Courtenay.

Our winter program offers an exhibition and sale of juried work by more than 60 local and regional artists. Participatory art-making stations offer visitors the opportunity to collaborate in the evolving exhibition process. CVAG’s Winter Program also features the interactive exhibitions Hands On, facilitated by Lukas J. Roy and Jessie Zelko in the CVAG window gallery, and MAP: Dimensions of the Season, facilitated by Denise Lawson in the CVAG Community Space. Guest artists will be in attendance periodically throughout the run of the Fair, spanning from November 18th to December 26th.

On November 18th and 19th, visitors can enjoy a 10% discount off Christmas Craft Fair purchases, with an additional 5% off for members.
