The CVAG Gift Shop offers one of the best selections of high quality handmade crafts and artwork on Vancouver Island and is the single most important fundraiser for The Gallery. We are well known as the destination for locally made personal and significant occasion gifts. Featuring the best of Comox Valley produced arts and crafts, we offer a wide selection to suit all tastes and budgets including pottery, glass, jewellery, metal work, wood work, fabric arts, paintings, prints, art cards and more.

The Gift Shop features work from close to one hundred different artists, some of which have been selling work in the shop for a great number of years and new artists are added regularly. Excellent relationships with participating artisans contribute to the success of this largely consignment retail venue. Repeat customers result from great customer service, and regular local customers bring family and friends in to visit, both the Gallery and Gift Shop.


INFORMATION FOR CONSIGNORS:
To submit your work to the Gallery Shop, complete and sign a JURY FORM and a CONSIGNOR POLICY.

Mail them in or drop off along with 4 examples of your work (or photos, or jpegs of your work) to:

The Comox Valley Art Gallery Gift Shop is looking for qualified volunteers

If you have an interest in local artists & craftspeople, some computer skills, some retail experience and enjoy
helping customers, please complete a VOLUNTEER APPLICATION and bring it in person to the Gallery Shop.
Your time and energy are greatly appreciated!


CVAG 37th ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAIR

November 18 to December 31, 2011

Craft Fair Opening Friday November 18th, 10am to 9pm

Storewide specials all day in conjunction with Downtown Courtenay "Christmas Magic" on Friday November 18th.

The Craft Fair includes: Original Design Pottery, Glass, Wood, Fabric, Jewellery, Ornaments, Speciality Foods, Stocking Stuffers and Much More!

If you are interested in submitting your work to sell in our Christmas Craft Fair:
Fill out a Christmas Craft Fair Registration Form (PDF File) and return it to the Gallery Gift Shop
Read our Helpful Hints (PDF File) for the Christmas Craft Fair consignors.
(These files are also available in the Gallery Gift Shop)

Initial work for the Fair is due by 4pm Tuesday, November 1st, 2011.
Pick-up work after the Fair closes by 4pm Saturday, January 7th, 2012.
