| Calling all Creative people to Get Your Arts Outside! Are you an artist; craftsperson, musician, singer, actor, sculptor, painter, carver, weaver, or potter? Do you do something completely new and different? Are you interested in presenting your talents to an ever changing, interested public in a friendly, open setting? The Get Your Arts Outside is a free weekly outdoor venue open to artists of all ages throughout July & August. Get Your Arts Outside is a great way to promote yourself as an artist and show the process of what you do to the public, as well as an excellent bonus to add your artist CV! |

Get Your Arts Outside (previously known as Activate the Arts) happens in the CVAG plaza every Thursday through Saturday 12:00 -3:00pm, but if you would like to pre book any other days during the week we would be open to that as well. It is a showcase of artists and performers giving demonstrations and working in the public eye- this gives passersby a chance to ask questions about your skill and it gives you the chance to stimulate interest and conversation in your work. It is a beautiful outdoor venue and it is the Gallery’s pleasure to bring in local artists and help to promote the thriving arts community in the In the past, we have had performers ranging from a nine year old fiddle-player to well known painters. Whether this is your first or your hundredth time presenting your work to the public, we would love to see you on the Plaza! The gallery invites any individuals who are interested in showcasing their talent or any arts community groups to call and register to book a date and time. You can register for a single session, several sessions or on a regular weekly basis. Registering for this event also comes with free CVAG membership. There are still plenty of spots left for July & August, so sign up to have some fun at outside the CVAG this summer. We hope to see you soon!
